Whether you're navigating trauma or anxiety, balancing parenting and work, leading a team through burnout or retention issues, I help women and companies find relief so they can reduce stress in the home and workplace.
I work with high-achieving women to heal the root of unresolved trauma, including childhood trauma therapy, so they can experience peace and confidence, free from anxiety, shame, and perfectionism. What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Think of a coach like a personal guide to show you the way. They have already done the thing you are wanting to do and have years of experience and knowledge in that area. Coaching does NOT go deep into processing your past history. My coaching program is a solution to a specific problem related to working mothers that I help them solve through teaching, education, strategy, and accountability.
Therapy involves a therapeutic relationship where the therapist takes a deep dive into your history/life story and provides psychological treatment and interventions to treat mental health symptoms. If you want to process through your past, work on symptoms related to mental health conditions that impact your ability to function in daily life (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.), and/or have suicidal thoughts/self harm, therapy is the appropriate place for you.
Coaching is effective and helpful if you are ready to put in the effort to apply the concepts. I cannot do the work for you and I can teach you the skills to achieve your goals. The first time I invested in a coaching program was scary as I had the same fears. It turned out to be an incredible investment - I'm still seeing the benefits!

— Dr. Chad Wetterneck, PhD, Clinical Director of Trauma Recovery Services | Rogers Behavioral Health
After almost losing my life to alcohol withdrawal seizures, I learned firsthand that mental health isn’t an add-on. It’s the foundation that holds everything else up.
Stress occurs from internal or external pressures, such as the inability to handle demands at work and home or the inner pain we carry after experiencing interpersonal trauma.
While everyone's relationship with stress is different, I've learned from my own healing from alcoholism, anxiety, burnout, and trauma, along with the 1,000+ clients I have worked with, that healing the root cause of stress isn’t just transformational—it’s life-saving. Without? It leaves you feeling like you're constantly putting out fires.
This is why I offer trauma therapy for women, burnout coaching for professionals, and mental wellness speaking and training for employees - so you can feel relief at home AND work.
Mental health is not a soft skill, but an essential foundation from which everything builds - performance, relationships, presence, and peace.
